WEthrift is seeking a full-time Thrift Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our
store while cultivating a strong, faith-centered team culture among our volunteers and staff.
This permanent leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys retail management, thrives
in a people-focused environment, and is passionate about serving the community through
meaningful, mission-driven work.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily thrift store operations including merchandising, donations, inventory, and customer service
- Coordinate, support, and inspire a large volunteer team in collaboration with the Volunteer Coordinator
- Create a welcoming, organized, and Christ-centered store environment
- Train, schedule, and support volunteers and staff
- Ensure excellent customer experiences and smooth store operations
- Partner with WEthrift leadership to support the mission and growth of the organization

Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 annually (based on experience)
